Congress venue

The meeting will be organized at the Leiden University Medical Center, Albinusdreef 2, Leiden, The Netherlands.

Coming by car

Please use the parking garage of the Leiden University Medical Center. Parking tickets will be available at the registration desk.

Coming by train

The Leiden University Medical Center is very close to the Leiden Central Station. There are signs in the railway station to the LUMC.

Coming by plane

Take the train at the Schiphol Airport railway station. Take the train to Leiden Central Station (see above).


Registration

Registration fee

The registration fee is 150 Euro (standard) or 75 Euro (fellows). After 01-12-2006, the standard fee will be 250 Euro.

Registration desk at the congress (ground floor "Boerhaaveplein")

All congress documents and badges will be handed out to the registered participants at the registration desk at the LUMC.
 

Accreditation

The Second Leiden Cardiology Course "Management of advanced heart failure" is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Cardiology (EBAC) for 9 hours of External CME credits.

Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that have actually been spent in the educational activity. EBAC works in cooperation with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME), which is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).
