The final item on the program of the Leiden Cardiology Course 2009 was the annual Einthoven lecture, which was presented by professor J. Narula (USA). The title of his lecture was: "Noninvasive imaging of the vulnerable plaque". See also >>

After the lecture, the Einthoven medal was presented to professor Narula (on the left) by professor van der Wall (on the right), head of the department of Cardiology of the LUMC.
