Congress venue

The meeting will be organized at the Leiden University Medical Center, Albinusdreef 2, Leiden, The Netherlands.

All the lectures will take place in lecture-room VI, “Burumazaal” of the LUMC.
The modules on Friday-morning will take place on the first floor in room J1-23 and C4-158.
The PCI/Valve will take place in the “Van Voorthuisenzaal” on the fourth floor C4-155 

More detailed information concerning lecture rooms/hotel/dinner etc. can be obtained at the registration desk.

Coming by car

Please use the parking garage of the Leiden University Medical Center. Parking tickets will be available at the registration desk.

Coming by train

The Leiden University Medical Center is very close to the Leiden Central Station. There are signs in the railway station to the LUMC.

Coming by plane

Take the train at the Schiphol Airport railway station. Take the train to Leiden Central Station (see above).

Registration fee

The registration fee is 150 Euro (standard) or 75 Euro (fellows). After 01-11-2008, the standard fee will be 250 Euro.

To register as fellow, a written statement from the head of the department will be necessary.
Fee includes the dinner on January 15, 2009.

Registration desk at the congress (ground floor "Onderwijsgebouw", Building 2)

All congress documents and badges will be handed out to the registered participants at the registration desk.
